Adil has been involved with the web for the last 12 years in a variety of roles. The very first company Adil started was called EnTrip - www.entrip.com where the user creates & plans a trip with friends, publishes a travel blog and through the site, shares their travel experiences. Among it’s accolades, EnTrip was a Seedcamp finalist in 2008, the winner of the Web in Travel Start Up Pitch competition held in Singapore and was one of the top 23 start ups in Europe.

Adil then started up a digital agency called Innozon – www.innozon.com Innozon has a talented team of developers & designers in Europe and Asia who offer quality consultation & development services for web and mobile applications & products. Innozon also provides implementation services for the Social Media strategy for many big corporates.

Adil also created an independent production company, Cinema 54. Cinema 54  facilitates production of independent digital feature and short length films ensuring the best allocation of resources to deliver highly thoughtful and entertaining media. His latest feature film which he co-wrote and produced is called Dvandva - www.dvandvamovie.com

Adil continues to be a champion of the small start up and with his partner Ian Broom, co founded Launch48. The aim of Launch48 is to bring together participants from different backgrounds and levels of experience in the web industry to think/plan/develop and launch one or multiple web apps in just 48 hours. It’s a frantic, energy fuelled, entrepreneurial event designed to engage all participants bringing everyone’s skills to the table while offering the opportunity to learn and meet new people by networking.

Launch48 continues to go from strength to strength gaining in popularity and showcases many events around the UK and Europe throughout the year.
