Danielle Morrill is Director of Marketing for Twilio, leading developer marketing and corporate communications. At Twilio she created the company’s customer support organization, and lead global expansion to Europe with the launch of Twilio’s European headquarters in London in October 2011. She is an expert in grass roots marketing, supply-side marketplaces, hacking the process and hustling for results, developing self-service sales processes, and optimizing online marketing. In her “free time” she loves to plan events, connect people, and create fun experiences to thank her teams for their hard work.
She is also a mentor-at-large for 500 Startups, Women 2.0, Teens in Tech, and Parisoma and an advisor for a handful of companies. Previous experience includes community management for Whrrl, a location based social sharing product, which was purchased by Groupon in early 2011 and business process analysis for Expeditors International, a Fortune 500 global logistics provider.
