It’s a powerful force, a tremendous support, and always rooting for you. Yes, it’s the 25 Springboarders all-in-one.

This team has been in action day after day, scheming a hat theft or side business or world domination, but today the eleventh team was especially important.
I mentioned we’ve had a big pivot this week, and tonight a group brainstorm left founders putting their ‘mentor’ hats on in order to pitch in. It was remarkable how many relevant experiences were in the room for the idea being discussed, from existing businesses owners to web designers to current developers. We take for granted having this mix of skills around us, but for the roundtable at hand it could hardly have been a more effective audience.
Perhaps more important than the skills is the collective energy and drive to help everyone succeed. Sometimes I hear a silent soundtrack of ‘Lean on Me‘ playing in the background, and teams have commented how nice it is to have this supportive vibe around.
Whatever problems may arise, whatever challenges may need overcoming, there will always be an eleventh team to lean on here.
