Jim Mann is a serial entrepreneur whose passion for fierce challenges and the development of new concepts has been with him since he graduated from Durham University. Jim has considerable experience in marketing web based businesses through organic Search Engine Optimisation, paid for online advertising, online and offline PR and selective use of appropriate offline advertising to build strong brands, generate high conversion rates and take new sites rapidly from zero traffic to thousands of unique users per day.
Jim’s current businesses include; JustPaintball a niche European online retailer with annual sales ~£3m. Since 2003, JustPaintball has been entirely self funded and currently has around 8,000 daily unique visitors across five European websites and is still growing at a rate of 40% YOY; Canddi – an innovative SaaS analytics product startup business and Asylum paintball – multi venue indoor paintball arena.
