Founder & Director, Wilson Fletcher

Mark Wilson is the founder and director of Wilson Fletcher.

Mark has been a key player in the UK digital industry for more than 20 years. He has led projects for some of the most recognisable brands in the world and continues to have a deep passion for interactive media, an industry he still considers to be in its infancy.

Initially trained as an architect, Mark’s first projects pre-date the web. He worked on ‘closed’ online services, saw the CD-ROM era come and go, and has been involved in major online projects for more than a decade.

Mark created the website that led Tony Blair’s Labour election campaign in 1997 and created the first credible e-commerce site for a luxury retailer – Fortnum & Mason – in 1999. He pioneered strategic approaches to online corporate reporting for 20% of the FTSE 100 companies, and has led some of the largest and most complex digital projects undertaken in Europe over the last 10 years for organisations like NewsCorp, Which?, Prudential, The BBC and The Times. He has sat on dozens of strategy boards, steering committees and other senior bodies within his clients over the years.
