Neil Davidson is co-founder and joint CEO of Red Gate Software. Red Gate employs some 200 people, has no VC funding and has been in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for 4 years running. Red Gate founded the Springboard incubator in 2009 and is a regular sponsor of Cambridge University Entrepreneurs. Neil is also chairman of the Cambridge Network, is a judge on the CUE software stream, and runs the annual Business of Software conference
