Sarah has spent most of the last 15 years working with and around start-ups as advisor and supporter and leveraging her connections in the corporate world to make introductions to potential partners, customers and investors. She is a founder and director of Unthinkable, a consultancy that understands the potential of digital technology and how to use it to create better connectedness. It is better connection (not more) between people, things, companies and information that makes everything we do more productive, more enjoyable and more surprising.
Unthinkable helps clients take well-informed risks that set them apart from the competition. Helps them form stronger digital processes that suit their organisation. Helps them find the right agency or partner, the right funding opportunity and the right audience. When we don’t know or can’t do, we can usually make an introduction to people who do and can from our network of contacts across the worlds of business, academia, culture and technology. We like making these connections.
Prior to founding Unthinkable, Sarah was MD of Wired Sussex, a digital media networking and venture group, and a founding Director of TIGA, the trade body for games developers. In 2010 Sarah was invited to join UKTI’s Global Entrepreneurs Programme (GEP). The GEP Team consists of a network of internationally successful entrepreneurs (known as “Dealmakers”) who are able to offer their insight, networks and experience to help accelerate companies into global markets from their UK headquarters.
